Como reacciones sonda se han escogido la hidr\u00f3lisis b\u00e1sica de nitrofenilacetatos, procesos que est\u00e1n fuertemente catalizados por las ciclodextrinas y la hidr\u00f3lisis b\u00e1sica y desnitrosaci\u00f3n \u00e1cida de nitrosocompuestos. Los estudios en medios coloidales pueden desdoblarse en sistemas micelares y vesiculares. Los resultados obtenidos nos han permitido comparar la reactividad en medios de diferente estructura. La interpretaci\u00f3n de los resultados se ha realizado mediante el desarrollo de un modelo cin\u00e9tico basado en el formalismo de la pseudofase. en los sistemas mixtos ciclodextrina-micela se plantean dos equilibrios simult\u00e1neos de complejaci\u00f3n del substrato y de los mon\u00f3meros de tensioactivo con la ciclodextrina. Esta competencia por la complejaci\u00f3n con la ciclodextrina y la autoasociaci\u00f3n del tensioactivo origina la existencia de una cantidad apreciable de ciclodextrina libre (no complejada). en los sistemas mixtos ciclodextrina-ves\u00edcula no existe esta interacci\u00f3n como consecuencia de la rigidez de la membrana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
