As\u00ed en la primera parte se describe por primera vez la s\u00edntesis formal de un compuesto natural marino, el 15-oxo puuphenol, en versi\u00f3n rac\u00e9mica y en nueve pasos de reacci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se ha descrito una ruta general para derivados del mismo, a partir del compuesto comercial sesamol y t, t, farnesol que puede ser f\u00e1cilmente adaptable al uso de otros compuestos arom\u00e1ticos y por lo tanto a la s\u00edntesis de otros productos de esta familia. por otra parte en la segunda parte de este trabajo se ha dise\u00f1ado y llevado a cabo la s\u00edntesis de nuevos intercalantes; considerando v\u00e1lido el principio de que a uni\u00f3n m\u00e1s fuerte con el receptor mejor respuesta biol\u00f3gica, nos propusimos incrementar la fuerza de conjugaci\u00f3n al adn, sintetizando una serie de naftalimidas, que portan una cadena dendrim\u00e9rica, de distinta naturaleza, mediante una metodolog\u00eda sencilla.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
