Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta investigaci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo la obtenci\u00f3n de acido eicosapentaencico (epa) a partir de la microalga phaeodactylum tricornutum. El proceso de obtenci\u00f3n consta de tres etapas: (i) extracci\u00f3n de acidos grasos por saponificaci\u00f3n directa de los lipidos de la biomasa; (ii) concentraci\u00f3n de pufas por el metodo de los compuestos de inclusi\u00f3n de urea; (iii) purificaci\u00f3n de acido eicosapentaenoico (epa) de alta pureza por cromatrografia liquida de alta resoluci\u00f3n (hplc).  la etapa de extracci\u00f3n de acidos grasos consta a su vez de cuatro etapas: (1) sadonificaci\u00f3n directa; (ii) extracci\u00f3n de lipidos insaponificables, (iii) acidulacion y (iv) extracci\u00f3n de acidos grasos.  en esta etapa se han optimizado las siguientes variables. Elecci\u00f3n del disolvente extractante y condiciones de operaci\u00f3n; extracci\u00f3n a partir de biomasa humeda;. Relaci\u00f3n hidroxido potasido\/biomasa;. Extracci\u00f3n a partir de biomasa humeda;. Relaci\u00f3n hidroxido pot\u00e1sico\/biomasa;. Relaci\u00f3n etanol\/biomasa; volumen de etanol del lavado del residuo;. Contenido en agua de la disoluci\u00f3n hidroetanolica; ph; relaci\u00f3n de fases y n\u00famero de etapas de extracci\u00f3n de lipidos insaponificables y acidos grasos.  en la etapa de purificaci\u00f3n de epa por hplc, la tecnica se ha puesto a punto en una columna analitica para ser posteriormente escalada a una columna semipreparativa y finalmente aun cartucho preparativo de comprensi\u00f3n radial. La fase movil empleada ha sido metano\/agua (1% acido acetico) 8\/: 20 p\/p y la fase estacionaria c18 (octadecilsilano).  dado que las fracciones ricas en epa estan impurificadas por los acidos grasos 16: un7 y 16: 2n4 se ha intentado poner a punto una metodolog\u00eda en la quese ha estudiado la cinetica y el equilibrio de adsorci\u00f3n de estos acidos grasos para distintos sistemas soluto-fase liquida-adsorbente.
