Se constata que la gran mayoria de cadenas no se comporta seg\u00fan tal permisa, sino que actua movida por decisiones coyunturales, orientadas implicita y explicitamente por la industria discografica. El conservadurismo de las compa\u00f1ias justifica el reducido catalogo de formatos y propicia excesivas coincidencias en las programaciones musicales de medias cadenas. se echan en falta politicas capaces de configurar una identidad autonoma. no hay conviccion empresarial en el producto radiofonico musical, y ello deriva en falta de cualificacion de programadores y discjokeys.
