El primer de ellos nos hace una breve introducci\u00f3n al campo de la din\u00e1mica molecular, as\u00ed como al sistema de simulaci\u00f3n utilizando, el pci o inhibidor de carboxipeptidasa de patata. En este cap\u00edtulo tambi\u00e9n se introducen los conceptos b\u00e1sicos del proceso de plegamiento y desplegamiento proteico. El segundo cap\u00edtulo detalla los resultados y las conclusiones de las simulaciones por computadora del desplegamiento del pci. Estas simulaciones nos demuestran que es imprescindible reducir los puentes disulfuro y aumentar la temperatura del sistema para desplegar la prote\u00edna. La simulaci\u00f3n de desplegamiento se utiliza como base para el estudio de replegamiento del pci que se presenta en el cap\u00edtulo tercero de la tesis. En este cap\u00edtulo se profundiza es el estudio del plegamiento del pci, una vez se observ\u00f3 que la metodolog\u00eda utilizada para replegar el pci daba resultados satisfactorios, se utiliz\u00f3 en el estudio de las estructuras intermedias del plegamiento. Finalmente, el cap\u00edtulo cuarto nos presenta el desarrollo y la aplicaci\u00f3n de un nuevo campo de fuerzas para la din\u00e1mica molecular, basado en la funci\u00f3n de morse. Este nuevo potencial nos permite simular la rotura y la formaci\u00f3n de enlaces entre \u00e1tomos.
