{"id":42659,"date":"2018-03-09T09:44:37","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:44:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/el-proceso-de-nanocristalizacion-en-aleaciones-del-sistema-fecunbsib\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:44:37","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:44:37","slug":"el-proceso-de-nanocristalizacion-en-aleaciones-del-sistema-fecunbsib","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/el-proceso-de-nanocristalizacion-en-aleaciones-del-sistema-fecunbsib\/","title":{"rendered":"El proceso de nanocristalizaci\u00f3n en aleaciones del sistema fecunbsib"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Aziz Khalladi <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha analizado la influencia de los tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos y de la composici\u00f3n inicial en el proceso de nanocristalizaci\u00f3n de aleaciones amorfas a base de fe77.5cu1nb3sixb18-x (x=0.5-9.5) mediante t\u00e9cnicas de caracterizaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica, magn\u00e9tica y estructural.  la cristalizaci\u00f3n de las aleacciones amorfas tiene lugar en dos etapas bien diferenciadas:amorfo  amorfo+ alfa-fe  alfa-fe + fases intermet\u00e1licas (fe3b,fe23b6). Las fases cristalinas finales despu\u00e9s de un recocido a elevadas temperaturas encontradas han sido: alfa-fe, fe2b y fenbb con proporciones relativas distintas en funci\u00f3n de la composici\u00f3n. La substituci\u00f3n de \u00e1tomos de b po otros de si confiere estabilidad t\u00e9rmica al amorfo. La temperatura de curie tc de las aleaciones amorfas aumenta al aumentar el contenido de si. Se ha analizado el efecto de la composici\u00f3n inicial en la fase amorfa en la nanocristalizaci\u00f3n encontrando que, el tama\u00f1o de grano disminuye significativamente al aumentar el contenido de si. La relajaci\u00f3n estructural del material provoca un ligero aumento en la temperatura ambiente y si bien no se modifica el proceso de cristalizaci\u00f3n. Se han deconvolucionado experimentalmente los dos procesos presentes en el primer pico de cristalizaci\u00f3n. dichos procesos podr\u00edan estan controlados, respectivamente, por la nucleaci\u00f3n y crecimiento, y por difusi\u00f3n. Se ha estudiado mediante experiencia isotermas e isocronas el proceso de nanocristalizaci\u00f3n y se ha observado que, la temperatura de curie de la fase amorfa residual aumenta al incrmentarse el volumen de la fase nanocristalizada. Asimismo se encuentra una distribuci\u00f3n de temperatura de curie que podr\u00eda corresponder a inhomogenidades composicionales en el amorfo residual. Se ha realizado un estudio comparativo de la fracci\u00f3n anocristalizada obtenida mediante diferentes t\u00e9cnicas (dsc, tgm y xrd) y se ha obtenido concordancia entre las fracciones cristalizadas
