y artistas en la sociedad ubetense del siglo xvii"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Antonio Almagro Garcia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bas\u00e1ndose en las fuentes directas de los diversos fondos del archivo hist\u00f3rico municipal de \u00fabeda, de los archivos parroquiales de la misma localidad y de otros provinciales, regionales y nacionales, se presenta un completo estudio de la realidad hist\u00f3rica, social y art\u00edstica de la ciudad de \u00fabeda en el siglo xvii, dividido en cinco bloques, que aporta un gran n\u00famero de datos novedosos no s\u00f3lo sobre la mencionada ciudad sino tambi\u00e9n sobre otros lugares de la provincia de ja\u00e9n: &#8211; configuraci\u00f3n del marco hist\u00f3rico y urban\u00edstico. &#8211; el mundo del arte y las realizaciones art\u00edsticas. &#8211; \u00fabeda como cento de irradiaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica. &#8211; diccionario de artistas y artesanos (m\u00e1s de 800 entradas). &#8211; conclusiones, ap\u00e9ndice documental, etc. como aportaciones de inter\u00e9s cabria destacar, entre otras, que la importancia de \u00fabeda desde el punto de vista art\u00edstico se completa con las realizaciones del siglo xvii en los campos de la arquitectura conventual y palaciega, de la imaginer\u00eda religiosa, de la pintura y de las artes aplicadas; que las circunstancias y los procesos art\u00edsticos est\u00e1n condicionados por los cambios sociales que se producen en la ciudad; que las formas art\u00edsticas (fundamentalmente en lo que se refiere a la arquitectura y a la canter\u00eda) mantienen la tradici\u00f3n y el hacer de los maestros del siglo xvi, especialmente de andr\u00e9s de vandelvira, aunque no faltan aportaciones de verdadero inter\u00e9s que modifican significativamente la corriente historiogr\u00e1fica que defiende la presencia consyante de la est\u00e9tica vandelviriana; y que \u00fabeda sigue manteni\u00e9ndose como centro de producci\u00f3n art\u00edstica para todo
