analizan las distintas configuraciones de la puesta a tierra del neutro en medio tensi\u00f3n respecto de aquellos par\u00e1metros que condicionan la calidad del suministro de energia electrica.  al considerar que la detecci\u00f3n y localizaci\u00f3n de los defectos monof\u00e1sicos de alta impedancia condiciona la utilizaci\u00f3n de la reactancia petersen, se desarrolla en la tesis un nuevo algoritmo, denominado dstrp, basado en un nuevo concepto (tensi\u00f3n residual parcial) que muestra ser sensible al tipo de falta considerado.  la utilizaci\u00f3n de la l\u00f3gica borrosa para
