Thaliana, uno (atasali) ya hab\u00eda sido descrito en el bibliograf\u00eda, el otro (atsal2), y el rattus norvegicus (rnpip) no estaban descritos. Caracterizamos molecularmente estos nuevos genes, mediante el empleo de an\u00e1lisis \u00abnorthern\u00bb y \u00absouthern\u00bb, as\u00edmismo, caracterizamos las prote\u00ednas que codificaban, mediante la determinaci\u00f3n de su especificidad de sustrato, km para los distintos sustratos, y sensibilidad a cationes (na+, li+ y ca+).  como resultado del presente trabajo, se pudo ampliar el conocimiento de la denominada familia de fosfatasas de pendientes de mg2+ y sensibles a cationes, y adescrita en la bibliograf\u00eda, con la asignaci\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna atsal2 al grupo de las pap fosfatasas de esta familia, y rnpip a un nuevo grupo de la que esta proteina es al primera descrita de una serie de proteinas de secuencias altamente conservadas en todos los organismos animales
