Los resultados obtenidos en esta tesis doctoral presentan un doble inter\u00e9s. desde un punto de vista te\u00f3rico se desarrolla una dobe metodolo\u00eda que resulta independiente del operador en sus resultados, tanto cualitativos como cuantitativos. desde un punto de vista pr\u00e1ctico, introduce una metodolog\u00eda en la que, en contraste con otros m\u00e9todos, apenas hay manipulaci\u00f3n de muestras.
