El tratamiento de dichas piperzainadioneas con diveros medios \u00e1cidos conduce a an\u00e1logos del grafmenteo abcd de la ardeemina, que se transofrman en sistemas hexac\u00edclicos relacionados con la estructura hexac\u00edclica de la ardeemina a trav\u00e9s de dos m\u00e9todos diferentes. Se ha realizado tambi\u00e9n un estudio esteroqu\u00edmico exhaustivo de los procesos que conducen a ambos tipos de an\u00e1logos.  el tratamiento de los an\u00e1logos terac\u00edclicos y hexac\u00edclicos con n-bromosuccinimida en condiciones radicarlarias conduce a an\u00e1logos total o parcialmente insaturados en el anillo c, con freuencia broamdos en la posici\u00f3n libre de dicho anillo.  se ha puesto a punto la preparaci\u00f3n de an\u00e1logos terac\u00edclicos y hexaxc\u00edclicon prenialdos en la posici\u00f3nbenc\u00edlica a trav\u00e9s de la ciclaci\u00f3n de 3-(3-inodolilmetil)2,5-piperazinadionas a medio \u00e1cido tamponado y en presencia de bromuro de prenilo. Tambi\u00e9n se ha estudiado la preparaci\u00f3n de c seco an\u00e1logos de ardeemina y se ha intentado su cilaci\u00f3n en medio \u00e1cido y enpresencia de bromuro de prinilo.  se ha logrado la s\u00edntesis total de la triprostatina a trav\u00e9s de la ciclaci\u00f3n de ciclo (l-trp-l-pro) en presencia de bromuro de prenilo, seguida de trasnposici\u00f3n del prenilo a la posici\u00f3n 2 del indol. Este m\u00e9todo se ha utilizado tambi\u00e9n para la s\u00edntesis de an\u00e1logos de triprostatina.  finalmente, se ha estudiado la actividad de los an\u00e1logos de ardeemina como inhibidores del fen\u00f3meno de resistencia a m\u00faltiples antitumorales (mdr), as\u00ed como la actividad antitumoral de los an\u00e1logos de triprostatina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
