La comparaci\u00f3n de diversos materiales de tubulizaci\u00f3n, presentando especial atenci\u00f3n al efecto de la reabsorci\u00f3n y el grado de permeabilidad de la pared tubular, ha demostrado que el uso de tubos reabsorbibles de poli-l-lactato-caprolactona (plc) con una pared permisiva a la infiltraci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas desde el espacio peritubular incrementa significativamente el porcentjae de animales con regeneraci\u00f3n 66% y los niveles de reinervaci\u00f3n 40% respecto a la reparaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar con tubos de silicona 16% y 10% respectivamente. La introducci\u00f3n en el interior de gu\u00edas de plc de c\u00e9lulas de schwann con afinidad inmunog\u00e9nica (is\u00f3logas o aut\u00f3logas) y un fenotipo reactivo embebidas en una matriz de matrigel, las cuales han sido aisladas y expandidas en cultivo a partir de un fragmento de nervio ci\u00e1tico con un medio qu\u00edmicamente definido, permite la regeneraci\u00f3n en un 87% de los casos e incrementa los niveles de reinervaci\u00f3n hasta un 52% de los valores control, equiparable al 55% obtenido mediante la reparaci\u00f3n con un autoinjerto de peroneal similar al utilizado en
