Las situaciones de viento debil o proximas a calma se encuentran entre las mas peligrosas. en estas situaciones los modelos de difusion mas usuales tienden a perder su aplicabilidad debido, fundamentalmente a la indefinicion del campo de vientos en estas circunstancias.  a partir de la hipotesis de una distribuci\u00f3n ganssiana circular de las componentes del viento en el limite en el que el viento vectorial medio tiende a cero, se presentan en este trabajo toda una serie de expresiones para relacionar los parametros definitorios del campo de vientos en estas situaciones. Estas expresiones se han contrastado experimentalmente en dos lugares geografica y climaticamente diferenciados. Se presenta tambien un procedimiento para relacionar estadisticamente las observaciones de viento en dos puntos distantes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
