En el primero se intentan clarificar las premisas metodologicas de las que se ha partido para su elaboraci\u00f3n. Entre las mismas, el pensamiento hermen\u00e9utico y de modo particular la elaboraci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica de paul ricoeur- se erigen en foco medular. Continuando con una estrategia que permita habitar en el mundo que sugieren los textos y a fin de complementar la v\u00eda comprensiva-m\u00e1s importante en el trabajo- con otra explicativa, se proponen algunas ideas acerca de la situaci\u00f3n politica y cultural del periodo de estudio, de las tendencias narratvas que predominaban en dicha epoca y de la ciudad entonces predominantes en este cas por oposici\u00f3n a un concepto m\u00e1s generico e ideal de ciudad. El tercer apartado constituye el eje de la investigaci\u00f3n propiamente dicha y en el, partiendo de una serie de topicos urbanos (pueblo y ciudad, ciudad del poder, ciudad de la marginalidad, espacios reales, espacios imaginarios, ciudad promesa, refugio y amenaza o las gentes de la ciudad) se extrae y analiza la informacion hallada en los textos narrativos de referencia para lograr esa precomprensi\u00f3n en la que sea posible una fusi\u00f3n de horizontes mucho m\u00e1s viable partiendo de la literatura que del tratado.
