Josefa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha demostrado la existencia  en el higado de la rana adulta  de una actividad glucogeno sintasa d fosfatasa asociada a la fraccion particulada de glucogeno que sedimenta a 100.000xg. Este enzima es inhibido por fluoruro  por glucogeno y por atp. Por el contrario los iones mg2+ y la glucosa-6-p son potentes activadores.  tambien se ha puesto en evidencia la presencia de actividad glucogeno sintasa i quinasa  activable por amp ciclico e inhibible por glucosa-6-p. La administracion de glucosa a las ranas logra la conversion in vivo de la forma d de la glucogeno sintasa en forma i. Paralelamente se observa una incorporacion de la glucosa inyectada al glucogeno hepatico. La administracion de glucogon o adrenalina provoca un descenso de la glucogeno sintasa i probablemente mediatizado por el amp ciclico.
