En la segunda parte se estudia la reconstitucion de nucleohistoras en funcion del metodo utilizado  del peso molecular del adn y del tipo de adn. Se concluye que para una reconstitucion adecuada es preciso usar edta en el medio y evitar la presencia de urea. La reconstitucion con adn de bajo peso molecular muestra que las histonas se asocian con el adn de una forma discontinua  dando lugar a nucleosonas y hebras de adn libre. Cuando se usa adn satelite  la estructura de la nucleohistona no presenta ninguna caracteristica especial al estudiarla por difraccion de rayos x  concluyendose que la estructura es identica a la
