Se verifica un estudio del analisis clonal de la descendencia en poblaciones derivadas de colonias pigmentadas y colonias con pigmentacion en sectores  y su posible concordancia con modelos geneticos establecidos en bacterias. Un segundo aspecto  lo constituye el estudio de la influencia de distintos factores mediales sobre la expresion fenotipica de la pigmentacion en esta bacteria asi como el efecto de diversas fuentes de nitrogeno. Se comprueba el efecto inhibidor de concentraciones de glucosa superiores a 10 g\/1 en el medio de cultivo respecto a la pigmentacion de serratia marcescens s10. Se estudia la cinetica de la produccion de prodigiosina respecto al consumo de la glucosa del medio. Finalmente  se aisla y caracteriza un fago especifico de serratia marcescens s10 con capacidad de transduccion del locus trp. Se estudia la cotransduccion de este gene con posibles factores geneticos responsables de la pigmentacion en serratia marcescens s10.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
