Realiza un analisis de las diversas posturas mantenidas por prestigiosos juristas  para terminar exponiendo su propio criterio al respecto. En el aspecto economico-financiero  lleva a cabo un analisis comparativo con otros sistemas de financiacion  en los que mediante formulaciones matematicas alcanza soluciones razonadas en las que
