Igualmente demuestra que puede haber miocardio conal sobre el ventriculo anatomicamente izquierdo. La frecuente asociacion del problema estudiado con ciertas anomalias  sugieren que puedan formar parte de un sindrome que podria ser denominado levoposicion aortica sin inversion ventricular.
