Consta de un vastago proximal que hemos intentado se parezca a nuestro condilo femoral  siendo de forma convexa hacia abajo y con disposicion espiroidea como sucede en nuestro organismo. El vastago distal es horizontal y entre ambos dos rodamientos  uno anterior y otro posterior. Un tercer rodamiento se situa en la parte superior de lo que es la convexidad concava hacia arriba. Lateralmente esta sujeto todo este engranaje por dos pletinas.
