Este estudio se realiza empleando las tecnicas de inmuno difusion e inmunoelectroforesis siendo los resultados mas importantes los siguientes: 1) que en la bacteria huesped  de 16 antigenos presentes en la fase restacionaria  solo 6 lo estan en la logaritmica.  2) que la sintesis de compuestos propios de la celula huesped  no esta totalmente inhibida por la infeccion con phi-29. 3) la particula de fago phi-29 posee como minimo 5 componentes inmundogicamente distintos. 4) se muestra la existencia de 7 antigenos induccidos por la interaccion virus-bacteria  y no pertenecientes a la particula del
