Se utilizan dos metodos diferentes que se tratan de generalizar  uno  que se realiza por calentamiento bajo presion de una solucion acuosa del polihidroxialquimidazol  y el otro  que se efectua por calentamiento del compuesto en acido trifluoracetico. En la segunda parte del trabajo se determinan las estructuras cristalinas y moleculares de los dos nuevos c-nucleosidos mediante las tecnicas de difraccion de rayos x  con lo que se dilucida de manera inequivoca su configuracion anomerica  imposible de determinar de manera precisa por los metodos quimicos y espectroscopicos usuales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
