Paz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objeto de esta tesis doctoral ha sido la preparacion de nuevos tensioactivos con la estructura de 1-alquilamino-1-desoxi-2-cetosas. Las sintesis se realizan por isomerizacion de las n-n-alquil-glicosilamina  obtenidas por condensacion delas aldosas (d-xilosa  d-galactosa y d-glicero-d-gulo-heptosa) con las aminas alifaticas  se han preparado las 1-alquilamino-1-desoxid-treopentulosas (c8 hasta c18)  las 1-alquilamino-1-desoxi-d-lixohexulosas (c10 hasta c18) y las 1-alquilamino-1-desoxi-d-glucoheptulosas (c8 u c16) que hemos aislado en todos los casos en forma de oxalatos.
