El mecanismo de inactivacion del enzima se habia establecido previamente  pero el agente fisiologico responsable de la reactivacion quedaba aun por elucidar. En el presente trabajo se muestra que la luz azul  es capaz de realizar el proceso de reactivacion al oxidar al componente (o componentes) del enzima cuyo estado reducido determina la forma inactiva del complejo. El fad  grupo prostetico del enzima  actua como pigmento colector de luz  potenciando la reactivacion. La caracterizacion del proceso incluyo la dependencia con el ph y la temperatura  asi como elefecto de diversos compuestos como piridin-nucleotidos edfa  ioduro etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
