Paso decisivo en esta separacion ha sido la cromatografia de intercambio conico en columna de deae-sephadex a-25. Este enzima aislado presenta un maximo de actividad a ph 6 6  es estable despues de calentarlo 1 hora a 70 c  mientras que la congelacion del extracto donde se encuentra le hace perder actividad. El enzima es inhibido por agua oxigenada  iodoacetato  azida tioura y 2 4-dinitrifenol. Los ac. Monofenolos son activadores del enzima mientras que los ac. Polifenoles se muestran inhibidores de la actividad enzimatica. El enzima es de naturaleza glucidico  detectandose en su constitucion xilosa  manosa  fucosa  manosamina y galactosemina. Se le ha calculado el peso molecular por tecnicas de filtracion sobre gel  resultando un valor de 45700 daltons.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
