Como consecuencia de la informacion recogida se han establecido las condiciones optimas de reaccion y de fluorescencia. Se ha propuesto un mecanismo de reaccion que justifica la especificidad del reactivo con las aminas primarias. Se ha prestado especial atencion a la reaccion con proteinas. En base a ello se han desarrollado dos metodos para la valoracion de enzimas proteoliticos. El metodo a es capaz de detectar los primeros cortes hidroliticos de la proteina. El metodo b es capaz de detectar la degradacion especifica de una proteina por una proteasa especifica. Se ha demostrado la imposibilidad de reaccionar de los acidos nucleicos y en base a ello un metodo para medir interaccion prot.\/A.N.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
