El estudio se lleva a cabo en envases de hojalata desnuda y barnizada de distintas calidades  con productos representativos de distinta agresividad. Los resultados obtenidos aportan informacion util para el establecimiento de las condiciones optimas de elaboracion de las conservas  en relacion con la presencia de iones metalicos. Se han seleccionado los parametros de evaluacion objetiva de las caracteristicas de los envases  que determinan su comportamiento frente al producto a envasar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
