Se mide el m.F.T. Para una lente de caracteristicas conocidas y punto objeto en las proximidades del foco  comparando los resultados experimentales con los calculados mediante un programa de ordenador puesto a punto con dicho fin. Se da cuenta de las dificultades practicas y sus soluciones tanto para la formacion de hologramas como para la reconstruccion de las ondas y posterior registro del m.F.T. El empleo de tecnicas de interferometria holografica ha permitido proponer un nuevo metodo de medidad de aberracion de onda  el cual por su extremada sencillez resulta muy ventajoso. Por ultimo  se intenta una correlaccion de la calidad de imagen y del poder resolutivo de un prismatico 6 x 30 con el m.F.T.
