Los preparados se obtuvieron en tres sistemas:  1 sobre sistemas vidrio-vidrio ; 2 sobre sistemas fuidos ; 3 en forma de peliculas opacas. Se presento especial atencion a la relacion tension superficial-forma y estructura de los agregados de los ribonucleatos. El trabajo se realizo utilizando la microscopia de polarizacion como medio de observacion y analisis de los agregados  calculando sus birrefringencias y sus velocidades de formacion con respecto a la temperatura.  datos espectrofotometricos referentes a los agregados obtenidos  se obtuvieron asimismo en el trabajo. Se establecieron unos modelos de accion de las fuerzas de tipo superficial sobre el material en estudio estableciendo las comparaciones pertinentes entre aquellos y diversos sistemas naturales que
