Para ello se ha introducido una modificacion original  al emplear como fuentes de enzimas dos plasmidos aislados en el departamento de microbiolog\u00eda de la facultad de medicina de zaragoza  denominados puz1 y puz2. El primero produce una gentamicin-acetiltransferasa tipo i con elevada afinidad por gentamicina y sisomicina  mientras que el segundo codifica una gat iv  con afinidad complementaria por tobramicina dkb y netilmicina. Con esta tecnica se estudiaron 119 muestras de suero  liquido amniotico  lcr liquipleural y orina  determinandose los niveles de gentamicina  tobramicina y sisomicina. Se concluye en la necesidad de monitorizar los niveles sericos de minoglicosidos porque su farmacocinetica no es absolutamente previsible  y para ello el metodo radioenzimatico parece ser el de
