Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se desarrollo y propuso un metodo optico para el estudio de material biologico (cromosomas) basado en el examen de la transmitancia optica del material  realizando los calculos finales atraves de ordenador. De la aplicacion del metodo se obtienen datos de longitudes totales y parciales  superficies  ardumenes  totales y parciales indice cromosomico  indice centromerico e indice de aparecimiento. El trabajo incluye los estudios correspondientes a la aplicacion y reproductibilidad del metodo. El metodo es aplicable al estudio de clasificacion de cariotipos asi como estudio de cromosomas te\u00f1idos segun las modernas tecnicas de tincion.
