Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hemos estudiado la composicion en especies moleculares de los fosfolipidos mas abundantes  fosfatidil colina y fosfatidil etanolamina  de microsomas  mitocondrias y membranas interna y externa mitocondriales de higado de rata. En todas las membranas estudiadas las especies moleculares de fosfatidil colina y fosfatidil etanolamina constituidas por un acido graso saturado y un insaturado son las mas abundantes. En microsomas y membranas internas mitocondriales existe una peque\u00f1a proporcion de moleculas de estos dos fosfolipidos que contienen dos acidos insaturados. En membranas internas y externas mitocondriales existe una peque\u00f1a proporcion de moleculas de fosfatidil colina y fosfatidil etanolamina que poseen dos acidos saturados. Por otra parte hemos determinado como se distribuyen estos diferentes tipos de especies moleculares de fosfatidil c.Y fosfatidil etanolamina en areas de distinta composicion lipidica y proteica observadas en la membrana interna mitocondrial.
