Y otra de 8 mg\/kg. Con la primera se obtienen hepatomas puros y con la segunda hepatomas sobre higados previamente cirroticos.  posteriormente se ha pasado a estudiar la existencia de neoantigenos circulantes en el suero de las ratas cancerizadas  comprobando su existencia en un 50% de los animales. Hemos podido demostrar que uno de estos neoantigenos es la alfa-fetoproteina. A nivel humoral la respuesta ha sido pobre y dificilmente detectable. Para el estudio de la respuesta inmunocelular se ha utilizado el mif factor de inhibicion de la migracion.
