Luisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dada la existencia de una menor sensibilidad de la acetil-coa-carboxilasa de raton  para la deficiencia de la biotina en el higado  se realizo la medida de actividad enzimatica  in vitro  de dos enzimas dependientes de la biotina: la piruvatocarboxilasa y la acetilcoacarboxilasa  en dos organos higado y tejido adiposo. Comparando estos resultados con las determinaciones  in vivo  de la glucogenesis y lipogenesis  pudiendo asi concluir acerca del metabolismo lipidico.
