Pilar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se purifican hasta homogeneidad  las n-acetil b-d-glucosaminidasas de hepatopancreas y de gonadas de mytilus edulis l. (Mejillon). Del enzima procedente de hepatopancreas se aislan dos formas enzimaticas de identico peso molecular  constituida cada forma por dos subunidades  mientras que en la de origen gonadal se confirma la existencia de una sola forma  que consta de dos subunidades. Los pesos moleculares de ambos enzimas son del orden de 120.000 y 140.000  respectivamente. Los dos enzimas muestran actividad frente a los sustratos p-nitrofenil-n-acetil b-d-glucosaminidosido y p-nitrofenil-n-acetil b-d-galactosaminidosido.
