Se ha determinado la actividad de los compuestos frente a la agregacion plaquetaria en sangre total de cobaya e inhibicion de cgi-fosfodiesterasa (pde) de corazon de perro. Con el fin de profundizar en el estudio de la actividad biologica, tambien se llevaron a cabo las siguientes pruebas: estudio de lactividad sobre isoenzimas de pde aisladas en corazon de perro. Estudio de actividad sobre isoenzimas de fosfodiesterasa aisladas en aorta de perro e inhibicion de fosfodiesterasas de plaquetas bovinas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
