La enzima presenta propiedades quimicas y fisico-quimicas que permiten diferenciarlo de otras actividades relacionadas y ha sido desiguado como n-acetilfenilalanil-trna hidrolasa. Se ha desarrollado un metodo que permite la obtencion de preparaciones de hidrolasa de alto grado de pureza. Se ha caracterizado la enzima y se ha realizado un estudio oxaluctivo de la especificidad de quetrato y de los requerimientos estructurales que debe reunir un compuesto para ser hidrolizado por la enzima. Asimismo se ha estudiado la accion de la n-ac-fenilalanil-trna hidrolasa sobre los complejos ribolomales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
