{"id":4444,"date":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1994\/01\/01\/asociacion-droperidol-ondansetron-en-la-profilaxis-de-nauseas-y-vomitos-postoperatorios\/"},"modified":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"asociacion-droperidol-ondansetron-en-la-profilaxis-de-nauseas-y-vomitos-postoperatorios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/asociacion-droperidol-ondansetron-en-la-profilaxis-de-nauseas-y-vomitos-postoperatorios\/","title":{"rendered":"Asociacion droperidol-ondansetron en la profilaxis de nauseas y vomitos postoperatorios."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Pueyo Villoslada Francisco Javier <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las nauseas y vomitos postoperatorios (nvpo) y el dolor son las complicaciones mas frecuentes del periodo postoperatorio: la analgesia controlada por el paciente (pca) con opioides es un metodo eficaz y seguro de tratamiento del dolor, pero asociado a una alta incidencia de nvpo.  100 mujeres, asa i-ii, 18-65 a\u00f1os, se seleccionaron en un estudio prospectivo, randomizado, estratificado y doble ciego, y se distribuyeron en 4 grupos dependiendo del tipo de profilaxis antiemetica:  grupo p: placebo, grupo d: drperidol, grupo o:  ondansetron, grupo d  o: droperidol + ondansetron.  mostraron una respuesta antiemetica completa durante las 48 horas de postoperatorio: 28% de las pacientes del grupo p, 60% en el grupo d, 56% en el grupo o y 92% en el grupo d  o. No hubo diferencias en los datos demograficos, ni en el grado de dolor.
