Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La conservacion de limon por refrigeracion es necesaria debido a la rapida alteracion de sus constituyentes:  azucares  acidos y vitamina c a temperatura ambiente.  pero el solo uso de la refrigeracion no basta para una conservacion satisfactoria  por lo que la tecnolog\u00eda ha desarrollado una serie de metodos tendentes a paliar las deficiencias de aquellas  entre ellas hemos de destacar la conservacion bajo atmosferas modificadas.
