Se comprobo que la produccion maxima de leche se obtuvo cuando el nivel de proteina bruta de la racion fue del 16 6% y la relacion energia\/proteina equivalente a 14 5 kcal. De energia metabolizable\/g. De proteina. La composicion media de la leche resulto ser: solidos totales 18 9  proteina (n x 6 38) 5 3  grasa 7 6  lactosa 5 3 y cenizas 0 86.
