Angeles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El seguro de responsabilidad civil presenta una serie de peculiaridades frente al resto de los seguros de da\u00f1os dentro de los que tradicionalmente se ha integrado a aquel. Esas peculiaridades se resumen en que en este seguro el asegurador evita al asegurado el da\u00f1o entra el cual busca proteccion  en lugar de indemnizado. Ello determina que para poder integrar adecuadamente a esta modalidad dentro del sistema general de los contratos de seguro  sea preciso ampliar la nocion tradicional de seguro de da\u00f1os  en el sentido de que este tipo de seguros son los destinados a proteger al asegurado entra la realizacion de un posible da\u00f1o perfectamente evaluable y cuya cuantia servira de limite maximo a la prestacion del asegurado dentro de esto segun  unos pueden ser indemnizables y otros preventivos como el seguro de responsabilidad civil.
