Se analizan los factores que condicionan el proceso  considerando el  poder desecante de la atmosfera y la  radiacion solar . A partir del balance general de energia  se deducen las expresiones generales para el calculo de la evaporacion; una vez obtenidos los valores de las constantes se generalizan y aplican a las estaciones meteorologicas de roma  foggia y castello en italia y oviedo en espa\u00f1a.
