<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado la distribucion subcelular de la invertasa y de la fosfatasa acida en protoplastos de levadura  asi como la relacion metabolica que existe entre las distintas formas moleculares de ambos enzimas.  se proponen dos modelos diferentes para la sintesis y secrecion de los dos enzimas.  se aportan datos sobre la estructura molecular de las distintas formas de ambos enzimas que apoyan la existencia de una relacion precursor-producto entre las formas intracelulares y las exocelulares  a excepcion de la invertasa soluble del citosol  libre de carbohidrato que parece ser independiente de las formas glicosiladas.  se propone que en las levaduras funcionan  al menos  dos mecanismos diferentes de secrecion de los componentes de la pared
