Tecnica de fijacion del material por perfusion. Se realiza un capitulo previo bibliografico  que pone el estado actual de los conocimientos en el campo estudiado. Tras la descripcion del material y metodo utilizado se pasa a los hallazgos personales  que el autor separa en tres apartados: 1) epitelio de los p.C. 2) eje conectivo-vascular. 3) cel-epiplexuales. En la discusion relaciona los hallazgos de m-e con los conocimientos fisiologicos y discute las distintas teorias que al respecto existen. Asimismo  con lo que respecta a las cel-epiplexuales las considera macrofagos ventriculares.  en conclusiones hace 2 apartados: 1) plexos coroideos=10 conclusiones. 2) cel-epiplexual=6 conclusiones.
