{"id":4472,"date":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1994\/01\/01\/capacidad-de-reparacion-del-cartilago-articular-en-corderos\/"},"modified":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"capacidad-de-reparacion-del-cartilago-articular-en-corderos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/capacidad-de-reparacion-del-cartilago-articular-en-corderos\/","title":{"rendered":"Capacidad de reparacion del cartilago articular en corderos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Solchaga Amillo Luis Antonio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Para valorar la capacidad de reparacion del cartilago articular y el potencial de diversos tejidos biologicos como sustitutivos del cartilago lesionado, se han intervenido 36 corderos de 3 meses de edad, a los que se les efectuo una lesion condral que se dejo sin tratar en el grupo i y fue tratada con implante condral fresco en el grupo iii; implante condral congelado en el grupo iv e implante periostico fresco en el grupo v; en el grupo ii la lesion alcanzo el hueso subcondral y en el grupo vi se coloco un injerto osteocondral y en el grupo vi se coloco un injerto osteocondral congelado tras una condilectomia.  las lesiones se realizaron en la region de carga del condilo interno de la rodilla. El tiempo de evolucion fue de 6 meses, evaluandose los resultados histologicamente en los grupos i a v y angiografica y radiograficamente en el vi.  en las lesiones condrales no tratadas, se produce una degeneracion de las capas expuestas y se aprecia perdida de grosor del cartilago y de la homogeneidad de la matriz. Cuando la lesion alcanza el hueso subcondral, se da una reparacion con un tejido fibroso que no llega a diferenciarse a cartilago. Si se implanta cartilago, la integracion del implante dependera de si existe o no contacto entre el implante y el tejido que lo rodea. La integridad de los implantes frescos se mantiene mejor que la de los congelados que presentan celulas con capacidad proliferativa. Cuando se coloca el periostio sobre la lesion condral, se observa la formacion de un tejido fibroso muy laxo en el que se aprecian indicios de diferenciacion en las capas mas profundas. En el caso de los implantes osteocondrales congelados, se produce el colapso del implante por necrosis avascular.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
