Los ensayos realizados se han dirigido hacia la utilizacion posible de dichos compuestos en la lucha directa contra las plagas de referencia. De los 9 compuestos ensayados  1 ha resultado altamente eficaz contra ceratitis capitata y se sugiere su empleo como agente de control de dicha plaga.
