El metodo propuesto se basa en la sililacion directa de las prostaglandinas a1  a2  f1  f2  b1  b2  e1 y e2  empleando como agente sililante una disolucion equivolumetrica de n o bis(trimetilsilil) trifluoro acetamida (bstfa) \/ piperidina o bien su combinacion previa con la n-butilbotonacion. Este nuevo metodo analitico se ha demostrado totalmente reproducible a ser aplicado a muestras biologicas  como esperma humano  en donde estas sustancias han sido evidenciadas como fisiologicamente
