En el primero son muchas mas las divergencias que las convergencias. El agnosticismo confesado abiertamente y defendido teoricamente conduce a un positivismo de corte materialista, el cual cierra la realidad humana a horizontes no solo de trascendencia religiosa sino tambien de apertura etica. En la propuesta social de tierno hay mayores posibilidades de convergencia con la moral cristiana. Valores convergentes son: la opcion por la democracia, la tolerancia, el dialogo, la libertad.  las divergencias se situan en las justificaciones de estos valores y en la interpretacion concreta de los mismos. Mas alla del analisis de convergencias y divergencias, la investigacion ofrece bastantes perspectivas para entablar un dialogo fecundo entre la etica teologica y la etica
