En primer lugar se ilustra el caracter de los movimientos simetricos de compresion  cuando el material a comprimir  de educaciones de estado arbitrarias  se somete a una ley exterior de presiones que da lugar a densidades altas respecto a la inicial. A continuacion se da la solucion de semejanza que describe el campo fluido detras de una onda de choque inmediatamente antes y despues de su reflesion en el centro de la bola. Se analiza tambien el proceso de compresion isentropica y autosemejante de la esfera  a partir de condiciones iniciales de densidad uniforme y velocidad nula. Por ultimo se describen las primeras etapas del proceso implosivo de unaonda de choque generada en la superficie exterior de la bola por una ley exterior de presiones de tipo impulsivo  como la resultante de la detonacion de una cascara esferica exterior de materiar explosivo; este analisis se hace para ecuaciones de estado arbitrarias del material a
