En las fibras empleadas coexisten dos componentes: el fibroso  formado por las moleculas de adn internucleosomal; y el globular constituido por los nucleosomas. 2. Los nucleosomas se disponen con su eje a paralelo al eje de la fibra  y la disposicion del adn en el interior de las mismas  genera dos regiones mas ricas en este componente. El adn se situa en la periferia del nucleosoma. Se proponen distintos modelos de organizacion estructural del nucleosoma. 3. El adn internucleosomal esta recubierto por proteina  probablemente por los fragmentos n-terminales de las histonas. 4. La organizacion espacial relativa del componente fibroso y globular en las fibras utilizadas no guarda ninguna relacion estructural concreta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
